All shipments are done from our office in Berlin.
You can find below the list of countries we are offering shipping to and the shipping costs for deliveries:
Zone 0: Germany - 5,95 €, 2-4 working days
Zone 1: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Poland - 9,95 €, 3-8 working days
Zone 2: Andorra, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, San Marino, Monaco, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland* - 12,95 €, 5-10 working days
Zone 3: Norway*, Ukraine*, United Kingdom* - 19,95 €, 5-10 working days
Zone 4: Canada*, Russia*, United States* - 29,95 €, 14-30 working days
Zone 5: All other countries * - 34,95 €, 14-30 working days
*Please note that for shipments to destinations outside the European Union, import duties (customs duties) may apply. We accept no liability for any customs costs. These costs are outside of our control.
Yes, you can track the delivery by using the tracking reference sent to you after your purchase. You shouldreceive a tracking reference once we dispatch your parcel. Please bear in mind that it can take 1-2 working days for your order to be dispatched. If you haven’t received your tracking within this time, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you.
Please check if you have received a missed delivery card and that your parcel hasn’t been left in a safe space, with a concierge or at a neighbour’s address. If the parcel has still not been found, please contact us at email@example.com for further assistance.
No. We avoid using plastic in our work as much as possible as a minimize our environmental impact. For local shipments we use paper and cardboard based packaging instead to minimize our plastic usage. For shipments overseas we use a polybag made of 100% recycled material to make sure our dresses arrive safely to you.
We offer free returns in Germany.
We also offer free returns for the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Poland.
Please note that for orders placed after 01.09.2023 we do not refund the original cost of shipping.
Unfortunately, we currently cannot offer returns for orders from countries other than the ones listed above. You should send the item(s) to us using a shipping service of your choice and pay for the shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping your receipt. If you are returning your whole order, we will refund the original delivery cost. Address for returns:

If an item doesn’t fit you or you don't like it for some other reason, you can send it back to us. The items must be unworn, clean, unwashed and in their original packaging.
Follow the return instructions provided inside your package to generate the return label through our return portal. Print the shipping labels, attach it to package and bring it to the nearest drop off point.
You have 30 days after receipt of the parcel to return the items to us.
We offer exchange service in our physical store in Berlin within 30 days of receiving the order.
We don't currently offer an exchange service online. You are welcome to order the item you like in a different size on our website.
We will do our best to process your refund as quick as possible. You will receive the money back within 10 working days after we receive the returned items.
