How long does it take till I receive my order?
Within Germany your order will arrive within 2-3 working days after the order is processed by us. For orders placed outside of Germany it will take 3-10 working days to arrive after the order is processed by us.
Can I track my order delivery?
Yes, you can track the delivery by using the tracking reference sent to you after your purchase. You should receive a tracking reference once we dispatch your parcel, please bear in mind that it can take 1-2 working days for your order to be dispatched. If you haven’t received your tracking within this time, please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to send it through to you.
My tracking reference says that my parcel has been delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?
Please check if you have received a missed delivery card and that your parcel hasn’t been left in a safe space, with a concierge or at a neighbour’s address. If the parcel has still not been found, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
Do you use plastic packaging?
No. We avoid using plastic in our work as much as possible as a minimize our environmental impact. We use paper and cardboard based packaging instead to minimize our plastic usage.
Why don't you ship to my country?
If you happen to be living in a country where we currently do not offer shipment, feel free to contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to offer you an exclusive shipping. Send us your order details and your address. We will check the costs with our shipping service provider and get back to you with the possible price of the shipment, after which you can decide on completing the purchase. In the future, as we get more orders from your country, we will do our best to offer a regular shipping.
Are returns free of charge?
If we sent your parcel within Germany, the return is completely free of charge.
Unfortunately, we currently cannot offer returns for orders outside of Germany. You should send the item(s) to us using a shipping service of your choice and pay for the shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping your receipt. If you are returning your whole order, we will refund the original delivery cost.
How can I return an item?
If an item doesn’t fit you or you don't like it for some other reason, you can send it back to us. The items must be unworn, clean, unwashed and in their original packaging.
To return an item, please follow the next steps:
- Complete the Returns Form included in the package.
- Pack the item(s) in the original packaging. Please ensure items are unworn, clean and unwashed, that the original tags are attached and that you've included the filled out form in your parcel.
- For customers in Germany: Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a subject line: "Request for return label, order no. XXX". We will make sure to email the return label to you within 24 hours. Print the label, attach to the box and bring it to the nearest DHL Paketshop or Post Office.
- For customers outside of Germany: Send the item to us using a shipping service of your choice. The cost of return is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping your receipt. If you are returning your whole order, we will refund the original delivery cost. You can find the address for return shipments below:
How many days do I have to decide if I want to keep the items?
You have 14 days after receipt of the parcel to return the items to us.
Can I exchange an item?
We don't currently offer an exchange service so please return your order using the above instructions and place a new order with the correct item or size.
When do I get my money back?
We will do our best to process your refund as quick as possible. You will receive the money back within 10 working days after we receive the returned items.
