Zone 2: Andorra, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, San Marino, Monaco, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland* - 12,95 €, 5-10 working days

Zone 3: Norway*, Ukraine*, United Kingdom* - 19,95 €, 5-10 working days

Zone 4: Canada*, Russia*, United States* - 29,95 €, 14-30 working days

Yes, you can track the delivery by using the tracking reference sent to you after your purchase. You shouldreceive a tracking reference once we dispatch your parcel. Please bear in mind that it can take 1-2 working days for your order to be dispatched. If you haven’t received your tracking within this time, please contact us at support@ayani.co and we will be happy to assist you.

Please check if you have received a missed delivery card and that your parcel hasn’t been left in a safe space, with a concierge or at a neighbour’s address. If the parcel has still not been found, please contact us at support@ayani.co for further assistance.

No. We avoid using plastic in our work as much as possible as a minimize our environmental impact. For local shipments we use paper and cardboard based packaging instead to minimize our plastic usage. For shipments overseas we use a polybag made of 100% recycled material to make sure our dresses arrive safely to you.

For returns from Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Poland we charge a modest fee of €3 per order. For returns from Switzerland - €10 per order.

For a small brand like ours, returns pose considerable financial and environmental challenges. Processing returns demands additional manpower and resources, impacting our limited resources and adding to our carbon footprint. While the expectation of free returns has become common, it comes at a significant cost, particularly for smaller businesses like ours.

At AYANI, our ethos revolves around sustainable consumption. To align with this commitment and maintain our operations, we implement a modest return fee for each return, aiming to encourage mindful and eco-conscious shopping practices while sustaining our brand.

Unfortunately, we currently cannot offer returns for orders from countries other than the ones listed above. You should send the item(s) to us using a shipping service of your choice and pay for the shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping your receipt. If you are returning your whole order, we will refund the original delivery cost.

If an item doesn’t fit you or you don't like it for some other reason, you can send it back to us. The items must be unworn, clean, unwashed and in their original packaging.

Follow the return instructions provided inside your package to generate the return label through our return portal. Print the shipping labels, attach it to package and bring it to the nearest drop off point.

If you want to return more than one order, we kindly ask you to ship them together in one parcel. Better for the environment and the wallet. Simply make sure to include all relevant packing slips/invoices in the parcel in order for us to identify which orders to process for refund.

You have 30 days after receipt of the parcel to return the items to us.

We offer exchange service in our physical store in Berlin within 30 days of receiving the order.

We don't currently offer an exchange service online. You are welcome to order the item you like in a different size on our website.

We will do our best to process your refund as quick as possible. You will receive the money back within 10 working days after we receive the returned items.
