Can I track my order delivery?
Yes, you can track the delivery by using the tracking reference sent to you after your purchase. You should receive a tracking reference once we dispatch your parcel, please bear in mind that it can take 1-2 working days for your order to be dispatched. If you haven’t received your tracking within this time, please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you.
My tracking reference says that my parcel has been delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?
Please check if you have received a missed delivery card and that your parcel hasn’t been left in a safe space, with a concierge or at a neighbour’s address. If the parcel has still not been found, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
Do you use plastic packaging?
No. We avoid using plastic in our work as much as possible as a minimize our environmental impact. We use paper and cardboard based packaging instead to minimize our plastic usage.
Are returns free of charge?
For orders within Germany the return is completely free of charge.
For the following countries, the cost of return is 10 €:
Once we receive the goods, we will refund you the price of the returned goods minus the cost of return shipping.
Unfortunately, we currently cannot offer returns for orders from countries other than the ones listed above. You should send the item(s) to us using a shipping service of your choice and pay for the shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping your receipt. If you are returning your whole order, we will refund the original delivery cost. Address for returns:

How can I return an item?
If an item doesn’t fit you or you don't like it for some other reason, you can send it back to us. The items must be unworn, clean, unwashed and in their original packaging.

Returns are very simple! To return an item, click on the link to our return postal in your tracking email or click here. Fill in your tracking number or order number and ZIP code. Follow the instructions, select the nearest post office, print your shipping label and drop it of there.

How many days do I have to decide if I want to keep the items?
You have 30 days after receipt of the parcel to return the items to us.
Can I exchange an item?
We don't currently offer an exchange service. You are welcome to order the item you like in a different size on our website.
When do I get my money back?
We will do our best to process your refund as quick as possible. You will receive the money back within 10 working days after we receive the returned items.
