Zone 1: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Poland - 9,95 €, 3-8 working days

Zone 2: Andorra, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, San Marino, Monaco, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland* - 12,95 €, 5-10 working days

Zone 3: Norway*, Ukraine*, United Kingdom* - 19,95 €, 5-10 working days

Zone 4: Canada*, Russia*, United States* - 29,95 €, 14-30 working days

Zone 5: All other countries * - 34,95 €, 14-30 working days

*Please note that for shipments to destinations outside the European Union, import duties (customs duties) may apply. We accept no liability for any customs costs. These costs are outside of our control.

Yes. If you’re in Berlin, you’re welcome to place your order online and select in-store pickup. We’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready to collect. Orders can be picked up during our store opening hours at Schönhauser Allee 132, Berlin. More information on our opening hours can be found here.

Yes, you can track the delivery by using the tracking reference sent to you after your purchase. You shouldreceive a tracking reference once we dispatch your parcel. Please bear in mind that it can take 1-2 working days for your order to be dispatched. If you haven’t received your tracking within this time, please contact us at support@ayani.co and we will be happy to assist you.

Please check if you have received a missed delivery card and that your parcel hasn’t been left in a safe space, with a concierge or at a neighbour’s address. If the parcel has still not been found, please contact us at support@ayani.co for further assistance.

No. For local shipments we use paper and cardboard-based packaging. For shipments overseas we use a polybag made of 100% recycled material to make sure our dresses arrive safely to you.

For the following countries we charge a return fee:

• Germany: €3 per order.
• Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland and Sweden: €5 per order.
• Switzerland: €10 per order.

The return fee covers part of the shipping and processing costs.

For orders from other countries, you arrange and pay for return shipping yourself. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping your receipt. If you return your whole order, we refund the original delivery cost.

If an item doesn’t fit you or you don't like it for some other reason, you can send it back to us. The items must be unworn, clean, unwashed and in their original packaging.

Follow the return instructions provided inside your package to generate the return label through our return portal. Print the shipping label, attach it to the package and bring it to the nearest drop-off point.

If you are returning items from more than one order, you may combine them in a single parcel. Please include the relevant packing slips or invoices so we can process each refund correctly.

You have 30 days after receipt of the parcel to return the items to us.

Yes. Online orders can be returned directly in our Berlin store. No return fees apply for in-store returns. More information on our opening hours can be found here.

We offer exchange service in our physical store in Berlin within 30 days of receiving the order.

We don't currently offer an exchange service online. You are welcome to order the item you like in a different size on our website.

We will do our best to process your refund as quick as possible. You will receive the money back within 10 working days after we receive the returned items.
