Papier d'Armenie is one of the oldest home fragrances, known for its sweet, vanilla, and balsamic notes that evoke the exotic scents of the Orient. The distinctive aroma of this small paper strip originates from Benzoin resin, whose antiseptic properties were discovered by Auguste Ponsot in 1885 during a journey to Armenia. Recognizing its benefits, he decided to bring it to France. Historically, Benzoin was used externally to treat asthma, coughs, and colds, and it continues to be valued for its healing properties today. This fragrance not only perfumes your home but also effectively eliminates unpleasant odors from cooking, tobacco, pets, and more.

HOW TO USE:
Simply tear off a strip, fold it like an accordion, place it upright on a heat-resistant surface, light the top, and then blow out the flame to let it smolder gently.

Papier d'Armenie can be enjoyed throughout the year to fragrance your home and cultivate a sense of well-being. Burn one strip at a time, ideally 3 to 4 times a week, ensuring to ventilate your home regularly. Always supervise the burning strip, keep it out of children’s reach, avoid direct inhalation of the smoke, and ventilate the room after use.
